About Respect Her Game Hoops

Our mission is to empower young female athletes through competitive basketball and community engagement. Founded by Déja Rawls, Respect Her Game Hoops is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to building confidence and excellence in young women. We emphasize leadership, personal growth, and academic achievement, offering programs that nurture the overall development of each athlete. Since our founding in 2023, we have positively impacted 350 athletes throughout the Delaware Valley.
